Acceptance of the Vanguard Terms

By bypassing the airlock and initializing a connection to ReelDrift Vanguard, you agree to abide by these Terms of Orbit. These rules dictate the boundaries of your engagement within our simulated universe. If you cannot comply with these directives, you must disengage thrusters and exit the simulation immediately.

Explicit No-Real-Money Nature

ReelDrift Vanguard operates under a strict isolation protocol from real-world financial systems. We are a social casino simulation. No real money is deposited, wagered, or won. The engines aboard this station are designed purely for entertainment and conceptual exploration.

Virtual Currency (Nova Shards) Rules

Nova Shards (NSX) are fictional energy units used to interact with the station's engines. They are granted freely through daily drops and in-game exploration. Nova Shards hold zero cash value, are non-transferable between users, and cannot be redeemed, sold, or exchanged for anything outside the simulation. Epoch Digital Simulations ULC reserves the right to adjust Nova Shard balances to maintain economic stability within the simulation.

Account Registration and Guest Play

Explorers may access the Command Deck via a temporary Guest ID or a registered Sync Account. You are responsible for the security of your connection. Each user is permitted one primary identity. Sharing access codes or attempting to manipulate the registry for multiple drops is a violation of station protocol.

Prohibited Planetary Behaviors

To ensure a stable environment, the use of automated scripts, bots, or any third-party software designed to alter the simulation's telemetry is strictly forbidden. Attempting to reverse-engineer the RNG engines or exploit visual glitches will result in an immediate and permanent banishment from the Vanguard network.

Intellectual Property of ReelDrift

All visual assets, including the celestial engine designs, the station architecture, graphics, and underlying code, remain the exclusive intellectual property of Epoch Digital Simulations ULC. Unauthorized extraction or replication of these assets for external use is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

The Vanguard simulation is provided 'as is'. While we strive for 100% uptime, Epoch Digital Simulations ULC makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any perceived loss of virtual Nova Shards due to connection failures or server resets.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Any disputes arising from your time aboard the Vanguard Station shall be governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. By entering, you agree to submit to this jurisdiction for the resolution of any claims against Epoch Digital Simulations ULC.
